At the age of 38, I'm really beginning to wonder if I have a G-spot. Some of my friends go on about how important it is but no one has managed to find mine! Am I abnormal?

There's still no real proof the famous G-spot actually exists. However, some women do seem to have an unusually sensitive area, located about three inches up the front wall of the vagina. Italian researchers using ultrasound now claim to have located a zone of "thickened tissue" in just nine females. But frankly, the G-spot is no big deal - and it doesn't really matter whether you have one or not.
