Three more communities are becoming no-go areas for unwanted visitors.
No cold-calling zones are being set up in Polegate, Wadhurst and the Shinewater area of Eastbourne this month.
The aim is to protect residents, especially elderly and vulnerable people, from doorstep callers.
East Sussex County Council trading standards Service has been working with the Safer Wealden Partnership, neighbourhood watch groups and town and parish councils to set up the zones.
The council's lead member for community services, Bob Tidy, said: "Community safety is one of our top priorities.
"Rogue traders are a real menace and they tend to target older and vulnerable residents.
"By setting up these zones, local people are giving a clear message to unwanted callers - you are not welcome."
