A CAR can be seen hanging off the edge of a road after crashing into a flint wall.
The single vehicle crash happened this morning at 9.45am in Falmer Road, between Woodingdean and Rottingdean.
It comes as heavy rain has hit Sussex over the morning today following a yellow weather warning for thunderstorms from The Met Office.
An ambulance attended the scene, it is not known if there were any injuries.
A Sussex Police spokesman said: “It was a single vehicle RTC reported in Falmer Road, Woodingdean, at 9.45am on August 25.
“Ambulance also attended. Traffic was back to normal at 10.20am.”
Earlier today a car crashed on the A27 near Chichester after aquaplaning on surface water due to heavy rainfall.
