A ROAD has been partially blocked after a Royal Mail van collided with a wall outside a pub.
Emergency services responded to the incident in St John’s Terrance, near Offham Road, in Lewes at around 8.50am.
The collision happened outside the Elephant and Castle Pub, the road remains partially closed due to debris on the road according to AA Traffic News.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “Emergency services responded to reports of a van colliding with a wall on St John’s Terrace, near Offham Road in Lewes, about 8.50am on Wednesday, August 24.
“The driver was treated at the scene for minor injuries, and checks were made to ensure the area was safe.”
