A CHARITY ball is set to return to raise money for a string of local good causes.
The Wonderland Ball, organised by Brighton Regency 10 Round Table, will take place at The Grand hotel, Brighton, in October.
Entertainment will include virtual horse racing, a raffle, silent auction and performances and there will be a three-course meal.
The night will be raising money for charities including The Sally Adams Foundation, which honours the memory of Sally, a well-loved receptionist at the School of Health Sciences at Brighton University. It is the first fund to support nursing students from disadvantaged backgrounds to undertake voluntary placements in addition to their required clinical placements.
The ball will also help Whoopsadaisy, which supports children with disabilities, and the Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals charity.
Christopher Dean, a member of Brighton Round Table, said: "It's great to be able to do something for causes who are close to our hearts and support the local people of Brighton and beyond."
Last year's circus-themed event raised around £13,000.
The ball will take place on Saturday, October 1, and tickets are available for £75 here.
