A FIVE-BEDROOM house, which featured on an episode of Grand Designs, has sold for £3.65 million.
Known as The Curve, the property in Withdean Road, Brighton, has five enormous bedrooms as well as five bathrooms, a spa pool, a sauna as well as stunning views from its rooftop garden.
The top floor suite also comes complete with an ensuite and its own private roof terrace.
The property was marketed by Foster and Co, who announced the sale on August 1.
It was also being advertised on property website Rightmove.
A spokesman for the company said: “The clever architecture and multi-level terracing make this sprawling mansion feel as open as it is secluded.
“The creative design provides complete privacy from every angle and also gives a wonderful balance of warmth in the winter and a cool, airy feel in the summer.
“However, the real fun is to be found on the lower ground floor, which is a dedicated leisure complex.
“Here, you’ll find a fully heated indoor swimming pool, a walk-in steam room, a fully equipped home gym, a jacuzzi and a beautifully lawned garden.”
