A BAR near the Royal Pavilion is set to reopen after being badly damaged in a fire.
All Bar One in Pavilion Buildings in Brighton suffered significant damage in the fire in November 2020, which saw North Street closed as fire crews tackled the blaze.
Water was seen cascading into the streets from the bar as firefighters worked to bring the fire under control.
The bar, which had been closed due to the pandemic, remained shut for renovations and repairs and is due to open later this month.
Pictures on the bar’s Instagram showed the scale of the damage caused by the fire, with charred wood and debris scattered across the venue.
The venue, which describes itself as “the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Brighton”, is promising to offer “all things shiny and new” to its patrons as it re-opens.
In a message to their customers on their Instagram, the venue said: “In November 2020, we were hit by a small fire which meant we had to close our doors for what at the time felt like forever - but now we are coming back.
“We are so excited to be reopening our doors to the absolutely fabulous people of Brighton with a shiny new look.
“It’s felt like a long time coming but we promise it won’t be long till you’re back with us, sipping on a glass of Prosecco and having a boogie at brunch with us.”
The bar will open its doors to customers on August 24, with customers able to book tables ahead of their reopening via their website.
