BOLNEY Wine Estate has a number of tongue tingling events on in the coming months.

From tours and tastings to afternoon tea, here is what it has to offer.

Friday and Saturday Night Lates

Say hello to the weekend with Bolney. Enjoy a glass of award-winning English wine whilst soaking up the sunlit views of the vines from the terrace.

Every Friday and Saturday evening during August and September (last date, Friday, September 30), until 9pm each evening. Drinks and nibbles are available, with no bookings required.

Afternoon Tea Picnics

Come and enjoy a delicious afternoon tea in one of the estate picnic areas overlooking the vineyard.

Picnic boxes include a selection of homemade finger sandwiches, sausage rolls, scones with cream and jam, and cakes.

On collecting the picnic, each guest will be able to sample three Bolney wines at the vineyard shop (children will be provided with juice).

Guests purchasing bottles to enjoy on site or at home will also be eligible for a special discount – ten per cent off single bottles, or 15 per cent off a case.

Bookings are required at least 72 hours beforehand, prices are from £10 per person.

Friday Night Street Food and Wine

Kicking off with SOPI, amazing wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas handmade in Sussex.

This week’s special is San Marzano tomato, fior di latte mozzarella, ventricina, chargrilled peppers, red onion and Taggiasca olives.

Sunday at Bolney

A leisurely brunch or traditional Sunday lunch can be enjoyed at the Eighteen Acre Café overlooking the ripening vines every Sunday.

The Bolney chefs draw inspiration from the beautiful countryside around the estate to create dishes that showcase the finest seasonal ingredients from Sussex, all of which are perfectly paired with Bolney’s award-winning wines.

Tours and Tastings

The programme of unique vineyard tours and tasting experiences runs throughout the year.

Guests can stroll through the acres of vines, discovering the many different varieties of grapes that go into creating Bolney’s wonderful range of wines.

Choose from The Ultimate Food and Wine Tasting with Tour (£60) or the Cheese and Wine Tasting Tour (£30).
