FUNDRAISERS are set to take part in a seafront walk to raise money to improve care and research for people with motor neurone disease.
Three Sussex branches of the Motor Neurone Disease Association have joined forces for the event this weekend, where people will set off on a round trip from The Big Beach Cafe at Hove Lagoon along the coast to the i360 and back.
People taking part have been encouraged to wear something blue and orange, the charity’s colours, with some carrying collection buckets to raise money from passersby along the way.
All funds raised will be split equally among the three branches of the charity in the county and be used for the benefit of those living with motor neurone disease in Sussex.
Walkers set off for the four-mile walk from 2pm on Saturday.
