A TRAIN operator has warned passengers to plan ahead this Pride weekend.
Southern Rail is expecting trains and stations to be “extremely busy” on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 August.
A queuing system will be in place at Brighton station in anticipation of the thousands set to flood to the city for the celebrations.

Stations & trains will be extremely busy with a queuing system in place at Brighton. Aim to be at the station by 23:00 on Saturday if travelling home.

Southern has also urged travellers to ensure they are at the station by 11pm on Saturday so that they can make it home.
Those planning on heading to the city can plan their journeys through the National Rail website.
