A MAN has been fined £2,500 after trespassing on railway tracks for over an hour.
Jack Prodger, 32, walked on to the tracks at St Leonards Warrior Square station on September 11, 2021, and stayed there for 70 minutes, causing a train to be obstructed.
Prodger, of York Road, Eastbourne, admitted the offence when he appeared before Hastings magistrates on July 20.
He was ordered to pay a total of £2,835 made up of a £2,500 fine, a victim service charge of £250 and £85 in costs.
