A BRASSERIE chain has announced a new selection of cocktails to celebrate Pride’s 30th anniversary.
The Ivy in The Lanes is pitching in to mark the delayed celebrations that were put back due to the pandemic.
From Monday 1 until Sunday, August 7 the Brighton restaurant in Ship Street will honour the anniversary by adding a number of limited edition cocktails to its already extensive menu.
Sweet Pride will cost £11.75 and is a blend of Wyborowa vodka, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, lemon juice and elderflower and garnished with a banana leaf.
Love Lane for £10.75 is a blend of Plymouth Gin shaken with apple juice, lime, fresh mint, celery and cucumber for fresh green flavours, and finally
Love, Protest and Unity costs £12.75 and features Lillet Rose, strawberries and The Ivy Champagne.
On Saturday, August 6 a live DJ will play songs and disco remixes.
