GREGGS and Primark will unveil a new fashion collection today as part of a “Snackfest” tour across the country.
The new 21-piece collection aims to get the country festival-ready and features everything you need to look the part this summer, including cycle shorts, basketball jerseys and footwear.
The tour begins in Brighton today from 11am, with the chance to buy selected items days before they hit the shelves and become available to the public.
A special "mystery performer" is expected to appear at 3pm at the event in Jubilee Square.
Jermaine Lapwood, head of innovation and future trends at Primark, said: “I believe the best partnerships in fashion are those that are blindingly obvious but never boring or predictable.
“In a world of collaborations, it is important that we stand out and be different.
“As part of this drop, for the first time in Primark history we are taking the collection on the road and fans will be able to get early access to our own ‘Snackfest’ tour bus which will pop up across the UK.
“Keep a look out for some top secret special guest performances and fun competitions.”
The exclusive range comes off the back of Primark’s collaboration with Netflix show Stranger Things, which saw its Hellfire Club T-shirt sell out in days.
Hannah Squirrell, customer director at bakery chain Greggs, said: “The reaction to our first official Greggs clothing collection was incredible and sold out even faster than we anticipated.
“We’re excited to team up with Primark once again to deliver more fun and unique pieces that Greggs fans will wear with pride across the summer and beyond.”
The tour will also stop at Manchester, Liverpool, Glasgow and Newcastle over the next week.
The fashion collection hits Primark shelves on Friday, August 5, with products costing from £5.
