POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted at a petrol station.
A man drove onto the forecourt in Ninfield Road, Bexhill, at about 9.20am on Thursday, July 21, to find a lorry was parked in front of several petrol pumps.
After asking the driver of the lorry if the vehicle could be moved, the man was verbally abused and assaulted, police said.
He had to seek medical treatment at a nearby hospital for his injuries.
Investigating officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident at the forecourt in Hollier’s Hill or have any dashcam footage of it.
