A WOMAN was fined more than £300 for anti-social behaviour.
Samantha Clarke, 48, from Holmesdale Gardens in Hastings, refused to comply with a protection order and a community protection notice prohibiting the consumption of alcohol in a public space.
Clarke pleaded guilty to two counts of failing to comply with a requirement not to consume or surrender alcohol and one count of failing to comply with a community protection notice at Hastings Magistrates’ Court on July 19.
For all three offences, she was fined a combined total of £350 and ordered to pay costs of £144 and a victim surcharge of £35.
A collection order for the sum was made, with the court to apply for deductions from benefits received by Clarke.
The defendant’s guilty plea was taken into account when imposing the sentence.
