ALL but seven homes have now been sold at new housing development.
Jones Homes is building 73 properties at Folders Grove, Burgess Hill.
The development features a mix of three, four and five-bedroom properties for sale.
There are two types of home still available - the four-bedroom Lindfield II, priced from £995,000, and a five-bedroom Connaught II, priced at £1,150,000.
The final homes, including the “Knightsbridge A II” and the “Lindfield II” show homes, are due to be released on to the market over the summer.
Sara Stanhope, sales and marketing director for Jones Homes Southern, said: “This represents the last chance for buyers to secure a large luxury home at this sought-after and exclusive development.
“These are executive family properties which boast our highest level of specification, with luxurious features such as Villeroy and Boch sanitaryware, Hansgrohe taps and Porcelanosa tiles.
“Both properties are detached homes with an integral double garage.
“They feature an impressive open-plan kitchen/dining/family room and a separate living room, as well as a study and utility room.
“The quality of the homes is complemented by the development’s enviable semi-rural location on the edge of the beautiful South Downs."
As part of the planning agreement for Folders Grove, Jones Homes is contributing more than £1.1 million to help improve local infrastructure and services.
The developer’s contributions include £228,000 to support local primary schools, almost £250,000 for secondary schools and £57,000 for local sixth form education..
