The three-day festival will feature live music, cooking demonstrations, shopping and other entertainment.
Organisers previously announced that the music acts set to take to the stage include The Human League, Basement Jaxx and Gabrielle.
Former member of the Spice Girls Melanie C will also be performing, while other acts include Soul II Soul, DJ duo Freemasons, Russell Small, Toploader, Stereo MC’s, The Craig Charles Funk & Soul Club and Dodgy.
The line-up of pubs and restaurants coming to the event include The Hand and Flowers, founded by Tom Kerridge, Atul Kochhar Restaurants, The Tanner Brothers’ The Kentish Hare, Buffalo Trace and The Half Moon Inn by Jodie Kidd.
Making it’s Pun in the Park debut, Ox Block by Kenny Tutt will also be serving up a menu including a middle white pork belly bun with spiced pineapple jam, kimchi slaw and pork puff peanut crunch.
More menus set to hit the event include Tom Kerridge’s two Michelin-starred The Hand and Flowers, offering his pork belly and smoked cod’s roe taco and British steak and ale pie served with horseradish creamed spinach and malt vinegar gravy.
“What incredible menus from all the pubs and restaurants joining us at our first ever Brighton show,” Tom said.
“I know the chefs have been working hard and I can’t wait for you all to come and experience the fantastic music, good times and amazing flavours on offer.”
Kenny Tutt added: “I’m beyond excited to be making my debut at Pub in the Park this summer. I am so proud of the menu we have created, and I can’t wait for you all to come along and try it.”
The festival will also feature a brand new ‘Live and Cooking Hub’, which will offer live foodie entertainment across the weekend.
Taking centre stage will be the Miele Chef Demo Stage featuring sessions from Tom Kerridge, Atul Kochhar, Kenny Tutt, Chris Baber, Jamie Halsall, The Tanner Brothers and more.
The festival will visit nine locations around the UK throughout the year, including London, Tunbridge Wells, Warwick, Bath and more.
