KATIE Price has had two charges, including one of speeding, dismissed by a court.
The former glamour model from Brighton had been charged with one count of exceeding a 60mph speed limit on September 23 last year and one count of failing to provide information on January 26.
However, the two charges were dismissed at Crawley Magistrates’ Court as “no evidence was offered”.
Monday’s hearing was originally due to take place on Tuesday but was brought forward. Ms Price did not attend court.
Last month, the 44-year-old avoided a potential jail sentence after pleading guilty to breaching a restraining order.
She was given a community order and told to pay £1,500 costs at Lewes Crown Court.
That sentence came months after she was given a suspended sentence after crashing her BMW on the B2135 near Partridge Green.
She was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, in September last year with 100 hours of unpaid work and 20 rehabilitation activity requirement sessions to be completed within the next 12 months.
According to The Sun, Price was reported to the police again last month by ex-husband Kieran Hayler.
Kieran, who split from Price in 2018, reportedly spoke to police last week claiming she had asked one of their children to “pass a message to his fiancée Michelle Penticost”.
Police have not confirmed whether they are investigating any new claims.
