KATIE Price has been reported to police again by her ex-husband Kieran Hayler, according to reports.
According to The Sun, Kieran, who split from the Brighton-born glamour model in 2018, spoke to police last week claiming she had asked one of their children to “pass a message to his fiancée Michelle Penticost”.
Katie avoided prison last week for breaching Michelle’s restraining order against her with a text message branding her a “gutter s***”.
“Kieran claims that Katie told one of their children to ‘tell Michelle she can’t send her to prison’ - he spoke to police about it last week as he feels like this breaks the rules of the restraining order,” a friend of Kieran told The Sun.
“He is so disappointed that Katie swerved jail again and, in his opinion, doesn’t seem to be taking the restraining order seriously.”
Kieran’s representative said an incident has been reported to the police.
Police have not confirmed whether they are investigating any new claims.
Katie, who shares Bunny, aged seven, and Jett, aged eight, with Kieran, was handed a five-year order in 2019 after she called Michelle a "f***ing c***".
She was banned from contacting Michelle, who got engaged to Kieran in April 2020, "directly or indirectly".
The reality star reportedly spent 12 hours in police custody after being arrested at her home in Sussex in January.
She messaged Kieran: "Tell your c****** w***e, piece of s**t, girlfriend not to start on me.
"She has a restraining order so shouldn't try to antagonise me as she is in breach. That gutter s***."
Sentencing, judge Stephen Mooney said the offence was "committed out of anger" and branded the words "highly offensive and inflammatory".
In a victim impact statement, Michelle said she fears Katie will attack her and worries for her son.
"The impact of what Katie has done is very upsetting, I feel threatened and intimidated,” she said.
"I feel demoralised and not wanting to go out. The language used made me feel scared. I felt it was an attack on me.
"The consequences are I feel she will attack me. I felt by having a restraining order it would make me feel safe but by someone breaching it, it has made me feel very vulnerable."
Nicholas Hamblin, representing Katie, said she had been under a "misunderstanding" that the restraining order "worked both ways".
He also claimed she was "over-reacting as she felt she was being criticised".
Mr Hamblin added: "Katie didn't start it".
The ex-glamour model could have been jailed for a maximum of five years for breaching the restraining order.
Katie was instead handed an 18-month community order, 170 hours unpaid work and £1,500 costs.
