Man fined for failing to provide information to police in Shoreham
A MAN has been fined for failing to provide information to police to identify the driver of a car involved in an alleged driving offence.
Lewis Pettite has been ordered to pay a total of £816 by Hastings magistrates following the offence in Shoreham on January 4.
The 36-year-old was proved guilty in a single justice procedure.
Pettite, of Otford Close, London, was fined £660 and given six points on his licence.
He will also have to pay £90 in court costs and a surcharge of £66 to fund victim services.
