Part of the A27 is closed while accident investigation work is carried out
A DIVERSION is in place along part of the A27 while accident investigation work is carried out.
The A27 is closed eastbound from the A285 Portfield roundabout in Chichester to A29 Fontwell Services Roundabout in Fontwell following an accident at 2.30am near Tangmere.
Motorists are advised to follow the Hollow Diamond signs using the A259 and A29 via Bognor to rejoin the A27 at Fontwell while investigation work continues.
Sussex Police have been contacted for comment.
