A MAN has been fined for driving on the M23 without insurance.
Daniel Woods has been ordered to pay a total of £816 by Crawley magistrates after being caught driving without third party insurance on the motorway in Crawley on December 1 last year.
The case for the 32-year-old was proved in a single justice procedure.
Woods, of Warden Road, Sheerness, was fined £660 and given eight points on his licence.
He will also have to pay £90 in court costs and a surcharge of £66 to fund victim services.
