A driver has been given eight points on his licence for driving without insurance
A 22-YEAR-OLD man has been fined and given eight points for driving a BMW without insurance or a licence.
Serkhel Ahmed, 22, has been ordered to pay a total of £816 by Crawley magistrates after being caught in Queensway, Hastings without insurance.
The offences, which happened on December 4 last year, was proved by single justice procedure.
Ahmed, of Ninfield Road, Bexhill, was fined £660 and given eight points on his licence.
He will also have to pay £90 in court costs and a surcharge of £66 to fund victim services.
