A SHOP worker was punched in the face during an assault outside a store.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident at Farmfoods Ltd in Littlehampton on Friday, May 20.
A member of staff was outside the store in Wick Street, Wick, when he was punched by an “unknown man”, police said.
He suffered injuries to his face which required hospital treatment.
The assault took place between 6.45pm and 7pm on Friday, May 20, while the man was accepting a lorry delivery to the store.
Police enquiries are currently ongoing.
