A MAN has been ordered to pay more than £200 after driving whilst not in control of a vehicle.
Gary Johnson, 48, pleaded guilty to driving on A259 Marine Parade, Brighton, when he was in such a position to not have proper control of the car on July 29, 2021.
Johnson, of Sutton Avenue, Peacehaven, appeared before Crawley magistrates on April 25.
He was ordered to pay a total of £244 made up of a £120 fine, victim charges of £34, and costs of £90.
He was also given six points on his licence.
