A HUGE comedy event is set to return this summer for a series of open-air shows.
Brighton Comedy Garden welcomes stand-up stars Simon Amstell, Stewart Le, and Sara Pascoe over four days from July 6.
Its marks a “true to form” returns, following a socially distanced event last year.
Cass Randolph, who runs the show with brother Will Briggs, said: “We’re over the moon with this year’s line-up and can’t wait to bring the festival to Brighton with our proper set up.
“To be coming back this summer with a truly incredible line up, theatre-style seating plus the embellishments that make it a true festival experience, is going to be absolutely fantastic.”
The inaugural Comedy Garden was held in 2019, with this year’s event set in Preston Park.
It will also see comedy heavyweights Jamali Maddix, Dylan Moran and Ed Byrne play.
Karen Hilton, the chief commercial officer of festival partner Heycar, said: “It’s shaping up to be an incredible, feelgood summer.
“We have so much laughter o catch up on after the last few year and I can’t think of a better way to do it.
“The line up it truly world class.”
Tickets are available via the festival’s website.
