IT’S a battle of silent discos at the Brighton Fringe festival.
With more than 700 shows and events, festivalgoers are spoilt for choice with cabaret, circus, dance, drama and drag shows.
Among the events being held today, Saturday, May 28, are:
Dave Chawner: Underdog
A show all about dogs, defeat and determination by award-winning comedian and best-selling author Dave Chawner.
The show will take place at Laughing Horse at The Quadrant in North Street, Brighton.
A Not So Silent Disco Tour - Brighton Dance Extravaganza
Brighton Dance Extravaganza hosts a one-hour dance around town, with several events each day.
“This tour is for everyone, from babies to those seeking a bit of adventure and are young at heart,” organisers said.
Ticket prices range from £15 to £20.
Boogie Shoes Silent Disco Walking Party
Boogie Shoes Silent Disco Walking Party returns to Brighton with the Climb Onboard The Love Boat event.
Dubbed as an “outrageous outdoor party”, the activity will see you dancing and singing through the streets of Brighton.
Brighton Food Tours
The VIB (Very Independent Brighton) Food Tour is a celebration of independent Brighton businesses, packed with the sights and tastes from the makers of indie food and drink.
Over about three hours, you'll get a selection of the best foodie hot spots on offer.
Eleanor Conway: Talk Dirty To Me
Following her first US tour, the award-winning stand-up Eleanor Conway is back with a high-energy show.
The set will explore topics of sex, addiction and dating and will take place at The Walrus in Ship Street, Brighton.
