THE jury in the Sue Addis murder trial has been discharged.
The restaurant owner's grandson, Pietro Addis, 19, had been charged with murder.
He had admitted manslaughter at a previous hearing.
Sue Addis was found dead at her home at 1 Cedar Gardens, Brighton, on January 7, 2021.
A new trial will be set for a later date.
Judge Christine Laing QC, the honorary recorder of Brighton and Hove, discharged the jury at 11am on May 10.
