ALBION were treated to a 3-0 victory against Wolves – setting a club record Premier League points tally.
Graham Potter’s side moved up to ninth in the table following the emphatic win at Molineux on Saturday afternoon.
Alexis Mac Allister opened the scoring with a first half penalty, having missed an earlier spot-kick.
Second half goals from Leandro Trossard and Yves Bissouma helped wrap up the victory for Brighton and Hove Albion.
After the game, manager Graham Potter said while the club has enjoyed some good away days this season, this one was “up there” with the best.
“You could see the second-half performance was up another level from the first,” he said.
"The boys looked hungry to score, enthusiastic to get forward. It was important for us to keep a clean sheet because we didn't want to let them back into the game and I thought we managed the situation quite well.
"We defended when we had to and offered a threat on the way forward and nice to score three goals."
Albion moved within five points of Wolves as a result of the win.
They next face Manchester United at the Amex on Saturday, May 7, before a trip to Elland Road to face Leeds United on Sunday, May 15.
