EMERGENCY services responded to a serious crash.
Pictures from the scene of the crash in Steyning Avenue, Peacehaven, show a cordoned off area and a heavy police presence.
The road was closed between the Roderick Avenue roundabout and Victoria Avenue and Bolney Avenue.
Police, the fire service and multiple ambulances were seen at the scene of the crash. An air ambulance also attended.
The severity and injury statuses are not yet known.
Sussex Police have been approached for comment.
