Albion striker Nathan Elder is joining Brentford on an 18-month contract after the Seagulls agreed a fee of around £35,000 with the League Two club.
The switch ends 12 months of frustration for 20-year-old Elder since his move from Billericay.
He made only three starts for the Seagulls, the last of them in Tuesday's 1-0 defeat at Northampton. Meanwhile, unsettled skipper Dean Hammond is likely to complete a £200,000 plus move to Colchester later today.
Are you sad to see Elder go?
