A 40-YEAR-OLD man has been given a suspended eight-month prison sentence after pleading guilty to possessing indecent photographs of children and an extreme pornographic image of an animal.
Daniel Greathead, of Ashdown Park Hotel, Forest Row, East Grinstead, was charged with two counts of possessing indecent photographs of children, six counts of making indecent photographs of children and one count of possessing an extreme pornographic image of a dead or live animal.
He was given a sexual harm prevention order and ordered to sign the sex offenders’ register for 10 years during the sentencing at Hove Crown Court on April 19.
Greathead was barred from working with children, while the court also made a forfeiture and destruction order on items seized.
The prison sentence was suspended for two years.
