AN INVESTIGATION has been launched after a fire at a property.
Firefighters attended the blaze in Hailsham on Monday, April 18.
East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said the fire affected a private dwelling and a nearby garage.

Crews from Eastbourne and Hailsham attended.
“We are working with Sussex Police to identify the cause of the fire which has now been extinguished,” an East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said.
“All residents are reminded that they may request a free Home Safety Visit by contacting 0800 177 7069.”
On Monday, West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service received a call about an industrial building fire in Imberhorne Lane, East Grinstead.
At 1.08pm, two fire pumps were in attendance from East Grinstead, one from Turners Hill and one from East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service.
An ariel ladder platform from Horsham was also used and the blaze was extinguished.
