“Good to see Jamie Kenna enjoying the delights of the pier, including chips.”
Jamie is also known for playing Phill Whittaker in long-runing ITV soap Coronation Street.
He also starred in football hooligan film Green Street alongside Elijah Wood and Charlie Hunnam.
Jamie is the latest famous face to be spotted on the pier after pop star Chesney Hawkes visited the attraction with his son Casey in March.
The 50-year-old was visiting the city during a break on his UK tour.
Chesney, who shot to fame in 1991 when The One and Only was at number one in the UK charts for five weeks, stopped off at pier for fish and chips at The Palm Court restaurant.
A spokesman for the pier said: “It was great to welcome the one and only Chesney Hawkes and son Casey to Brighton Palace Pier, and Palm Court restaurant for some reviving fish and chips today in between his UK concerts.”
