A MAN has been disqualified from driving and fined £115 after being caught speeding along the A27.
James Coulton, 24, from Flint Way in Salisbury, was caught speeding in a Volkswagen on the A27 Arundel Road Binsted on August 16 last year at speeds over 70mph.
Coulton, who pleaded guilty, was disqualified from driving and issued with three penalty points by Brighton Magistrates’ Court on April 7.
He was fined £115, and ordered to pay costs of £90 and a victim surcharge of £34.
A collection order was made and the defendant's guilty plea was taken into account by the court when imposing the sentence.
