TWO people were taken to hospital after a three-vehicle crash at a roundabout this morning.
The crash happened at the Fishbourne roundabout on the A27 near Chichester just after 9am.
It caused severe delays of more than 40 minutes on the A27 westbound while emergency services were at the crash. The road reopened just after 11am.
One of the people taken to hospital was deemed to have minor injuries, while the other person’s injuries have not been confirmed.

A Sussex Police spokeswoman said: “Police were called shortly after 9am on Saturday (April 2) to reports of a three-vehicle collision on the A27 at Chichester.
“Two people have been taken to hospital.
“The road was temporarily closed westbound from the Fishbourne Roundabout to allow emergency services to respond to the collision, and for recovery of the vehicles to be arranged.
“It has since reopened.”
