FATBOY Slim has hinted at a collaboration with fellow Brighton musician ArrDee.
Norman Cook, who lives in Hove, revealed he has been in contact with the rapper ahead of a huge music festival on Brighton beach.
The DJ is to headline On the Beach festival in Brighton on both July 21 and 22.

In response to a question during an interview on The Argus Podcast about whether a collab would ever happen between himself and ArrDee, Norman said: “Anything is possible.
“We’ve been in touch, and we’ve got a lot of mutual friends.
“We’ve been chatting and who knows. It wouldn’t be the stupidest idea in the whole world.
“The last time there was something like that it was Rizzle Kicks and I ended up working with them, so who knows.”
During the interview, Fatboy Slim revealed that he attended one of ArrDee’s concerts earlier this week.
“I went to see ArrDee at Concorde 2 and people were like, ‘what are you doing here?’,” he said.
“But it’s new generation, local lad doing very well.”
ArrDee, real named Riley Davies, is on a UK tour following the release of his debut mixtape Pier Pressure.
The 19-year-old shot onto the music scene in April last year after the release of the chart-topping remix Body alongside Tion Wayne and Russ Millions.
The hit song became an overnight sensation after his verse gained popularity on TikTok.
Both Fatboy Slim and ArrDee are vocal in their admiration for their hometown.
“I’ve lived here since 1982, so all my memories are based around Brighton,” Fatboy Slim told The Argus Podcast.
“Everything I’ve done since I left the Housemartins in 1988, everything I’ve recorded has been here in Brighton in my house or in a studio on Dyke Road.
“We’re close enough to London that we don’t feel like we’re out on a limb, far enough away from London that we didn’t have to live there.”
Meanwhile, ArrDee has featured a host of local locations in his music videos including Brighton Bandstand, the i360, Regency Square, Brighton Palace Pier, Bexhill Road in Woodingdean, Preston Park and more.
