Man fined for illegally using disability parking badge in Bedford Place, Brighton
A MAN has been fined for illegally using a blue disability badge.
Andrew Osbourne has been ordered to pay a total of £300 by Brighton magistrates for unlawfully using a blue badge in Bedford Place, Brighton, on November 9, 2020.
The 61-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
Osbourne, of Beresford Road, London, was fined £166.
He will also have to pay £100 in court costs and a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services.
