A DRIVER has been fined and given points on his licence for speeding on the A23.
Simeon Winnard, of Park View Road, Hove, was clocked at more than 70mph on the dual carriageway at Albourne on June 21 last year.
The 48-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
Winnard was fined £95, ordered to pay a surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.
He was also given three points on his driving licence.
