A MAN found with a Taser has been sent to the crown court for sentencing.
Jamie Marsh, 36, spoke only to confirm his name, age and address before admitting the offence of possessing a weapon designed or adapted to discharge electricity, namely a Taser type stun device, in Rushlake Road, Brighton, on September 17.
He also admitted having cocaine and a push/punch knife In Rushlake Road on September 17.
Marsh, of Westbourne Gardens, Hove, was granted unconditional bail at Brighton Magistrates Court on Thursday and will be sentenced at Lewes Crown Court on April 7.
