A MAN has been fined and given six points for using a mobile phone and driving without a seatbelt.
Edward Baker has been ordered to pay a total of £194 after he was caught in Preston Road, Brighton, on May 27, 2021.
The 43-year-old pleaded guilty to both offences.
Baker, of Blithdale Road, London, was fined £50 and given six points on his licence.
He will also have to pay £110 in court costs and a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services.
