A WOMAN who assaulted three police officers has been sentenced.
Robyn Emily Morley, from Saxon Close in Hailsham, assaulted three police constables at Saxon Court in Hailsham on May 22, 2020, and failed to surrender to custody at Hastings Magistrates’ Court on May 18 last year, and at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on October 27 last year.
Morley pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker, one count of common assault of an emergency worker, and two counts of failing to surrender to police or court bail at the appointed time.
Morley was found guilty of common assault of an emergency worker after trial.
Hastings Magistrates’ Court issued Morley with a community order on February 2, which requires her to attend appointments or participate in activities as required by officers for a maximum of 20 days.
She was also fined £190.
