A MAN has been fined and given three points for speeding on the M23.
Jonathan Scriven has been ordered to pay a total of £297 by Crawley magistrates after being caught driving above 70mph in his Nissan on the motorway in Crawley on May 17, 2021.
The 46-year-old originally pleaded not guilty, but later changed his plea to guilty.
Scriven, of Staplehurst Road, Reigate, was fined £153 and given three points on his licence.
He will also have to pay £110 in court costs and a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services.
