A WOMAN has been fined for drinking alcohol outside McDonald’s – breaking her community protection notice.
Kelly Hughes was caught drinking from a can of alcohol outside in Wellington Place, Hastings, by Hastings Borough Council Civil Enforcement Officers on July 21, 2021.
The 45-year-old was therefore failing to comply with her community protection notice.

Hughes, of Chapel Park Road, St Leonards was also caught drinking alcohol in Hastings town centre on four further occasions last year.
She was fined £80 for each offence and must also pay £85 court costs and a surcharge to fund victim services of £40.
In total, she has been ordered to pay £525 by Hastings magistrates.
