Three men have been charged with trespassing after police were called to reports of hare coursing.
Officers from Sussex Police’s rural crime team (RCT) attended a report of three men hare coursing in January.
The men were interviewed by PC Mackinnon from the RCT and they were issued with community protection notices.
They were also charged with trespassing on land in search of game.
Hare coursing is a bloodsport where dogs are used to chase, catch and kill hares.
It is illegal in the UK under the Hunting Act 2004.
