A WOMAN is battling to bring a homeless blind kitten to the UK so she can give him a safe home.
Alice Williams, 37, fell in love with little Natcho when she came across a charity's appeal to help him.
The kitten was found on the streets of Bahrain with a severe infection in both eyes, which has left him blind.
He was rescued by Wafa Beljid who runs "Save Bahrain Cats" and dedicates her time to helping homeless cats.
Wafa appealed on social media to find a sponsor for Natcho's medical treatment.

Alice said when she saw his photo her "heart broke" and she knew she needed to help him.
She signed on to pay for his treatment, which is now taken care of, but the vet was unable to save his left eye and has to remove it. He is now totally blind in his remaining eye.
Alice said: "He was a strong and determined little fighter though and I have fallen totally in love with him. I now desperately want to offer Natcho a home in the UK."
Alice has set up a GoFundMe page to help raise half the money to pay for the relocation costs, which is about £670.
The next available flight is on March 25 and Natcho will be shipped over to live with Alice's mother in Brighton.
Alice, who lives near Plymouth, would like to look after him herself but her job as an ambulance worker makes it difficult to give him the care he needs.
She said: "I have been working extra shifts but still can't afford to pay the whole amount myself.
"I was hoping to appeal to the wonderful generosity of all those animal lovers out there who might be able to help me.
"The amount quoted on this GoFundMe is the total amount for Natcho's travel whilst also factoring in transaction fees.
"If there are any extras I will donate straight back to Wafa Beljid and the Save Bahrain Cats project which has an endless supply of cats in desperate need."
