A MAN has been banned from drinking alcohol after using threatening and abusive language at a train station.
Robert Pearce, from Hove, used threatening, abusive and insulting words at Newcastle Central Station on March 1, 2020.
The 37-year-old also failed to surrender to custody at Newcastle Magistrates' Court in May last year having been released on bail.
Pearce, of Cambridge Road, Hove, must abstain from drinking alcohol for 42 days and has been ordered to complete a rehabilitation programme by Brighton magistrates.
