A MAN has been handed three points and fined after he was caught speeding on a seafront road.
Cain Ziggy Franchi-Webster, 24, was clocked at more than 30mph on the A259 at Marine Parade in Brighton on May 31, 2021.
The case against the Ford driver, of Harley Road, London, was proved at Crawley Magistrates' Court on January 10.
He was ordered to pay costs of £90 and fined £220. He was also given three points for the offence.
