LONG delays are forming on the A27 due to an accident.
Two cars have been involved in a crash on the major road near the Charleston Farmhouse turn off.
Traffic between Eastbourne and Brighton is being affected.
An AA traffic update said: “Reports of partially blocked and queueing traffic due to accident, two cars involved on A27 near A27 (Charleston Farmhouse turn off).
"Affecting traffic between Eastbourne and Brighton."
"Delays of eight minutes and delays increasing on A27 Eastbound in East Sussex. Average speed 15 mph.
"Delays of four minutes and delays easing on A27 Westbound between The Street (The Barley Mow) and A27 (Ripe turn off). Average speed ten mph."
