A MAN who failed to provide information about the driver of a vehicle has been disqualified from driving for six months.
Samuel Heslop, 33, from Horton Hill in Epsom, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of road traffic offence in Shoreham on June 18 last year.
Crawley Magistrates' Court fined Heslop £660 on January 17 and ordered him to pay a victim surcharge of £66, as well as £90 in costs.
Hislop was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license for six months, with disqualification deemed obligatory due to repeat offending.
A collection order for the total sum of £816 was made, which must be paid by February 14.
